This was made at a very exciting/transitional time in my life..
I had just gotten back from a trip to Italy and was able to Make it into Africa even.
but swiftly returned back to a culture where I am somehow not employed in radio or television broadcasting..
these words of failure became;
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna
Krishna Krishna Hare Hare.
Remember you’ve already won;
Hare Rama Hare Rama
Rama Rama hare Hare.
I worship the Ground now..
I have always been close to my parents, But my personality developed away from these figures in high school and collage…
so the songs: “If man” “If Woman” “The Child” & “All Three” on this album are dedicated to them and my sister of course!!
But also you!! I know many people have familial circumstances that vary from my own but I hope that you can still find the wisdom transferred here relatable/ even useful to your spiritual development!
So these features/ the fragments of this poem from the Spoken arts Treasury’s site are of particular emotional significance to me..
It elaborates on an interpersonal analysis of the self. It helped me relate and notice how the world/the people in the world can affect us every day. Fricative and recurring, I see now how we all have another “Extinguished Man” with us while we are alone and even how when we are together we are just right/ but can be challenged and distant..
this is normal,
because you are one being.
